WEDDING SERVICES

Ceremony Officiate
As an ordained non-denominational interfaith Minister, I will work with you in creating your own personal ceremony that reflects your beliefs and feelings and expresses your unique love for each other.
Ceremony Only
$350.

FULL SERVICE
When you need someone with the expertise and time to handle the planning and details from start to finish. This service offers unlimited assistance in planning the wedding of your dreams. Areas of assistance include:
Prepare and monitor budget
Find the perfect location for your wedding
Refer you to qualified ministers
Provide recommendations for guest accommodations, transportation and spa services
Provide a list of qualified vendors
Book appointments with vendors
Negotiate all services and be your representative with all vendors
Coordinate the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and reception
Contact all vendors two weeks prior to event to reconfirm date, times and any changes
Organize your wedding day time-line schedule
Handle payment with your vendors at the end of the event
On site the day of wedding to coordinate all activities from the beginning of your day to the end
Full Service provided at $5,000.

DAY OF WEDDING
For the bride who has done her own planning and wants to enjoy her special day, coordination for the day is the solution. Areas of assistance include:
Refer qualified vendors
Review and confirm all vendor contracts
Inform vendors that a coordinator will be in attendance the day of the wedding
Prepare time schedule of the day's events
Orchestrate the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and the reception
Be on-site the day of the wedding to coordinate all activities
Day of Wedding services provided at $1,500. Includes 10 hours of service.

Day of Plus
Designed for the bride that wants an extra hand to oversee logistical details on the wedding day. Services include: All of Day of Service plus the following:
Assistance with:
Site Preparation
Placecards/favors/menu cards/programs
Seating Plans
Installation of chair covers/linens
Detailed diagrams of ceremony and reception sites
Additional assistant site coordinator on day of event
Services provided at $3,500.

A LA CARTE SERVICES
A number of services are available
a la carte and may be added to any package. They include but are not limited to:
Reception set-up and decoration
Assisting with place cards / favors / menu cards / programs.
Seating plans
Installation of chair covers/linens
Planning rehearsal dinners
Receiving shipped items
Individual consulting provided at $75 per hour.
