DAY OF WEDDING

For the bride who has done her own planning and wants to enjoy her special day, coordination for the day is the solution. Areas of assistance include:

• Refer qualified vendors
• Review and confirm all vendor contracts
• Inform vendors that a coordinator will be in attendance the day of the wedding
• Prepare time schedule of the day's events
• Orchestrate the wedding rehearsal, ceremony and the reception
• Be on-site the day of the wedding to coordinate all activities

  Day of Wedding services provided at $1,250. Includes 10 hours of service.

A LA CARTE SERVICES

A number of services are available
a la carte and may be added to any package. They include but are not limited to:

• Reception set-up and decoration
• Assisting with place cards / favors / menu cards / programs.
• Seating plans
• Installation of chair covers/linens
• Planning rehearsal dinners
• Receiving shipped items
• Individual consulting provided at $75 per hour.
